Lenawee County, MI – Lenawee Cares is excited to announce that registration is now open for our Annual Kickoff Event! Mark your calendars for August 17th at 6 PM and join us at Lenawee Recreation, also known as ZZ’s, for a fantastic evening of “Back to the 80’s Bowling.”
This event promises to be a great time, featuring bowling, a 50/50 raffle, and a fishbowl raffle. In addition to the fun and games, ZZ’s will generously donate 20% of all food proceeds directly to the Lenawee Cares campaign. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a night out while supporting a worthy cause.
Businesses are invited to sponsor a lane for $75, offering a great way to gain visibility and show support for the community. Bowling teams can register at $25 per person, with teams consisting of up to six people. It’s a perfect team-building activity for coworkers, friends, or family.
What is Lenawee Cares?
Lenawee Cares, a program under the Lenawee Community Foundation, is dedicated to addressing the most pressing needs in the Lenawee County community. Through our annual fundraising campaign, Lenawee Cares supports projects and services that enhance the quality of life for all residents of Lenawee. The organization focuses on critical areas such as education, health, and hunger, striving to create lasting change and foster a stronger, more resilient community.
The funds raised from the Annual Kickoff Event will directly benefit Lenawee Cares’ ongoing efforts to support local programs and services. By participating in this event, attendees are making a significant impact on the lives of their neighbors.
