The Charity Ball Festival of Trees Event is Tomorrow

December 6th, 2014 is the Charity Ball Festival of Trees

Artist Annie Howard (seated) shares a sneak preview of her monochromatic relief sculpture of layered leaves, titled Leaves of Change.  Utilizing quilled vintage paper and beautifully framed by Kris Schmidt, the exquisite work of art will be auctioned at the upcoming Charity Ball Festival of Trees.  Howard is pictured with Steering Committee members (from left) Sara Bingham, Sue Hammersmith, and Cindy McKeon.

Charity Ball Festival of Trees, an upscale, black-tie-optional gala will be held on Saturday, December 6 2014 at Lenawee County Club.  The gala includes exquisite Christmas trees and wreaths with attached packages, plus incredible works of art auctioned by Brock Sprunger.  Auction items include one week at a beautiful St. Simons Island beach home, a Disney World package, a Charlevoix golf weekend, a princess tea party, MIS tickets and pit passes, an Evans Street Station dinner, a Grand Hotel package, and more.

Proceeds from the Charity Ball Festival of Trees will be utilized for the work of Kappa Kappa Epsilon to benefit local women’s and children’s charitable organizations, and the Lenawee Community Foundation to benefit civic, cultural, health, educational, and social services.
